Brightsparks has been working with Wales Council For Voluntary Action (WCVA) to design and deliver a catalogue of interactive and engaging e-learning content and supporting graphics on the basics of digital systems and marketing.
The e-learning modules have been designed to support charity and social enterprise leaders, staff, trustees and volunteers to effectively use digital marketing tools to improve their online presence, reach, fundraising and sales.
It has been a pleasure working with WCVA and they have kindly shared these words about working with us:
"Working with Brightsparks has been great, they’ve produced fantastic resources and graphics for us. A real strength of theirs is their clear and responsive project management. They made the whole process very easy and clear, and established good communication pathways for us to work together.
"The quality and accessibility of the e-learning content was great, we’ve received very positive feedback on them so far. The case studies they created for us are fantastic and really reflect our audience, their ethos, and their needs. They brought the digital topics to life, making the subject matter a lot easier to understand, and both relevant and reassuring for our audience. I think we underestimated the challenges of our original brief, but Brightsparks worked with us to understand what we were looking for and who our audience was. They were great at actioning our feedback, suggestions and requests, as well as sharing their expertise on the subject matter.
"We are a bilingual Welsh organisation and Brightsparks made all the accommodations we needed to make the translation of our resources and graphics easier.
"We’re very happy with the graphics Brightsparks created for us. They’re visually appealing and easy to understand, and are pitched at the right level for our intended audience. As a new project we only had very limited brand guidelines, but Brightsparks ran with them and captured what we wanted.
"Brightsparks met all agreed deadlines. They were also very conscientious of my time, and worked with me to ensure the time frames for me reviewing resources, user testing and giving feedback were feasible.
"I would work with Brightsparks again, and hope I’ll be able to again in the future."
